*Exploring the SCA Cupping Form: Theory and Use

Description

The SCA cupping form is used across the industry to score specialty coffee. During this session, we will talk through the cupping form and understand how to use it when scoring coffees. Following the theory portion, we will hit the tables, cup some coffees, and discuss through their various qualities.
